SR 20 will be reduced to a single lane until Sept. 4 with a temporary signal and flaggers alternating traffic through a three-way intersection at Campbell Lake Road (milepost 46) around the clock to level ground in preparation for a roundabout. Beginning as early as Tuesday, July 28, expect intermittent closures of the sidewalk over the SR 536 Skagit River Bridge to pedestrians, bicyclists and people using mobility devices between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. daily. When the sidewalk is closed, a free, ADA-complaint shuttle service will be available, with pickup locations on both sides of the river.

The SR 536 Skagit River Bridge is closed to eastbound traffic until early 2027 to repaint the bridge. Eastbound vehicles should detour using eastbound SR 20 and southbound I-5.
