Closure on 504

Beginning Monday, April 27th, 2026, until further notice: Both directions of SR 504 at milepost 45.0 remain CLOSED at the winter gate for construction to rebuild the bridge and roadway. Construction is expected to be complete in spring 2027. On Sunday, May 14, 2023, a debris slide washed out the Spirit Lake Outlet Bridge and a portion of the highway. The road has been closed since. For the safety of all travelers, there is no access beyond the gate.
