- Frontage road only, main lanes are open. - Left lane closed. I-45 Northbound frontage road left lane and left shoulder will be closed between Wintergreen Rd. and Dowdy Ferry Rd. from 9am to 3:30pm.
- Exit ramp closed. - Exit Ramp only. - Follow the marked detour IH 45 NB Exit 114 is closed for reconstruction. Motorists that would use this exit to access FM 1374, Sam Houston State University, or other surrounding areas can use the detour at Exit 112. Motorists that would use this exit to access Smither Drive, Avenue S, and the surrounding areas can use Exit 116 and follow the detour.

- Watch for flag personnel directing traffic. Most of the work is on the frontage roads between Church St. to north of FM 27. Frontage roads are one-way between Church St. and FM 27.
- Alternating lanes closed. Roadway is in a temporary configuration during construction and alternating mainlane closures may cause delays.
- Frontage road only, main lanes are open. - Nighttime closure only. - Watch for flag personnel directing traffic. IH 45 is under construction from SH 19 to North of SH 30. Main Lanes may have a lane closure at night time. Frontage Roads are reduced to one lane in some areas. Speed limit is reduced in the construction area.
