- Follow the marked detour - Watch for flag personnel directing traffic. South bound US 83/84 traffic between County Road 154 and the US 83/84 split (Tuscola "Y") is shifted to the north bound roadbed to allow for construction of the new south bound roadway. The intersection of US 83 & US 84 is now an all-way stop with signals.Slow down through the work zone and obey the reduced speed limits.
