Between US 31 (N. Morton Street) and US 31 (N. Morton Street) in Franklin. The road is closed. Until tomorrow at about 6:00AM EDT. Comment: Mallory Parkway is closed to traffic at US 31 for construction of a new traffic signal at this intersection. There will be no access to US 31 from Mallory Parkway, eastbound or westbound, during the closure period. Traffic on US 31 will not be able to access Mallory Parkway from either direction. Traffic on US 31 may experience brief traffic stoppages at times during the removal and installation of the overhead signal equipment.
