I-45 — Construction

- Exit ramp closed. - Exit Ramp only. - Follow the marked detour IH 45 NB Exit 114 is closed for reconstruction. Motorists that would use this exit to access FM 1374, Sam Houston State University, or other surrounding areas can use the detour at Exit 112. Motorists that would use this exit to access Smither Drive, Avenue S, and the surrounding areas can use Exit 116 and follow the detour.
