Construction on VT-191, Newport City

Please be advised that on Monday July 6th, Winterset Construction will be starting a project to remove the existing bridge pavement, perform concrete repairs to the deck/fascia/sidewalk/headers, installing waterproofing membrane and re-paving VT-191 (Access Rd) will be closed from Western Ave to US5 for the duration of the project. There will be a signed detour via Western Ave to East Main Street (US5) to Causeway Road (US5).
