TRAFFIC ALERT!! | The US-89/91 Wellsville RCUT will begin operating in its full traffic pattern Wednesday, August 19, 2026 | Both right and left turns are allowed from Center Street and SR-23 at US-89/91 | It does not change any movements that are possible from US-89/91, and main highway traffic flows freely | Drivers from SR-23 or Center Street must turn right onto US-89/91 and proceed to a designated U-turn location and make a U-turn to continue in the desired direction | Follow posted traffic control. There will be lane shifts in place to accommodate work zones. -- TRAFFIC ALERT!! | Expect shifted, narrowed, or closed lanes northbound and southbound daily from 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM. | Speed limit reduced to 55 mph through the work zone | Please plan extra travel time and use caution when driving through the project area. ***** Description: UDOT is improving the safety of the intersection at US-89/91 and State Route 23 (Center Street) in Wellsville.
