Phase One Traffic Pattern: University Avenue Bridge, from 920 South to 400 South is down to one lane is each direction. Traffic has been shifted to the east side of bridge, with one lane in each direction. Anticipate delays, drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route. Up to 10 min. delays expected during peak travel times. It is expected that traffic will remain in the Phase One configuration until late fall, 2026.
