Between NE 46 and Loup Avenue (2 miles west of the Stamford area). Utility work is in progress. Watch for workers. Both shoulders are closed in both directions of travel. Until November 1, 2026 at about 3:00PM CDT. Comment: Weather permitting, work will begin Sept. 14 on a project to install roadway cameras at three locations in District 7. The cameras are intended to monitor roadway and weather conditions and are not intended to monitor individual motorists. The live camera feeds will be incorporated into Nebraska’s 511 Traveler Information network, allowing the public to view current roadway conditions and make informed travel decisions.
