Daytime closure for culvert replacements. Traffic will detour via SR 7 north to SR 45 north, SR 7 north to SR 518 west, SR 518 west to SR 164 south, SR 164 south back to SR 39, and reverse. Detour: From 2026-08-28 to 2026-09-04, between 07:00 AM and 04:30 PM, Beginning at the SR 39 and SR 7 interchange in the village of Wellsville, go North on SR 7 to SR 45, go North on SR 45 to SR 518, go West on SR 518 to SR 164, then go South on SR 164 back to SR 39, and reverse.
