Road Work - Planned on S.R. 28 Chip-Seal Paving

A chip-seal paving project on S.R. 28, from just west of High Street/Gibson Road at Martinsville to S.R. 73 at New Vienna. Construction will begin on or after June 1, and throughout the project, traffic will be maintained with the use of flaggers and/or other traffic control devices.
