Between East Country Road (Wilber) and NE 33 (Crete). Look out for construction work. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Look out for a flagging operation. A pilot car is in operation. Width limit 12'0" . Comment: Weather permitting, work will begin on Highway 103 and include reconstruction of the road and Road I intersection, milling, asphalt overlay and gaurdrail. Follow marked detour. Anticipated full closure completion is July 2026. Following re-opening to traffic there will be a 12-foot width restriction and traffic will be maintained with flaggers and a pilot car. Anticipated project completion is Nov. 2026
