Between Chase County Line/Morris County Line and US 56 (3 miles south of the Council Grove area). The roadway is reduced to one lane due to bridge construction work. Expect 5 - min delays. Width limit 10'0" . Until November 13, 2026 at about 5:00PM CDT. Comment: The K-177 bridge over 4 mile creek is being replaced; this bridge is located in Morris County, approximately 4 miles south of Council Grove. The new bridge is being built one half at a time, and temporary traffic signals will be used to carry one lane traffic through the work zone.
