The roadway is reduced to one lane. Speed limit 60 mph . Until October 28, 2026 at about 11:59PM CDT. Comment: I-70 in both directions, between the Ellis County Line/Russell County Line and the city of Russel is under construction due to repaving operations. Roadway is reduced to one lane. Construction will last from September 15 to October 22, 2026.
