At Entrance ramp from Richard G. Hatcher Boulevard. The entrance ramp is closed. Comment: Ramp 009B, from Grant northbound to 8094 eastbound will be closed on 9/18 from 10:00PM to 9/19 7:00AM and on 9/19 from 8:00PM to 7:00AM. Nighttime rolling closure operation for overhead sign removal. Heavy congestion expected. Seek alternate route. Rolling closure operations are expected to start at 1:00AM 9/19. Multiple onramps to eastbound 8094 will be closed during operation, including Indianapolis Blvd, Kennedy Ave, Cline, Burr, and Grant. Do not follow construction or emergency vehicles into work zone.
