Between Wolf St (North Liberty) and Maple Rd (South Bend). Road construction work is in progress. The road is being repaved. Until November 30, 2026 at about 5:00PM EDT. Starting Wednesday at 7:00AM EDT until November 30, 2026 at about 5:00PM EDT. INDOT Contract R-42455, Project 1900063 will have road construction on SR 23 from North Liberty to South Bend in St. Joseph County. The reason for construction is for six pipe structure replacements, road widening and asphalt overlay. SR 23 may be down to one lane north of North Liberty for the widening operation and asphalt overlay. Flaggers will direct traffic in this area.
