Comment: This notice pertains to Phase 2 of the construction of a J‑Turn intersection at the junction of US‑41 and 151st Ave. Access to US‑41 from 151st Ave is now available. Westbound traffic on 151st Ave east of US‑41 may proceed northbound on US‑41, and eastbound traffic on 151st Ave west of US‑41 may proceed southbound on US‑41. Access from US‑41 to 151st Ave is limited. Northbound traffic on US‑41 may access eastbound 151st Ave only, while southbound traffic on US‑41 may access westbound 151st Ave only. During this phase, motorists should be alert for construction vehicles entering and exiting the work zone, as well as watering crews periodically operating at reduced speeds within the traffic lanes to maintain newly placed sod and seed in the adjacent ditch areas. Narrow‑lane conditions will be in effect for both northbound and southbound traffic. Additional updates will be provided as the project progresses.
