I-65 northbound (Mile Point 240 - 237): Night time construction work.

Between 205th Ave (5 miles north of the Roselawn area) and 153rd Ave (5 miles south of the Crown Point area). Night time construction work is in progress. The road is being repaved. The roadway is reduced to one lane. Speed restrictions are in force. There is a width limit in effect . Speed limit 55 mph . Width limit 11'0" . Left lane closed in the northbound direction of travel. From 8:00PM CDT to 6:00AM CDT daily. Until October 2, 2026 at about 6:00AM CDT. Comment: Nighttime construction work on I-65 south of State Road 2 in the northbound direction will begin on August 19, 2026 and is anticipated to be complete by October. Northbound I-65 will be patched and resurfaced from Mile Marker 237.8 to Mile Marker 240. The inside lane and shoulder will be closed from approximately 8 PM to 6 AM for approximately two weeks. The outside lane and shoulder will then be closed for the following two weeks. During ongoing construction from 8 PM to 6 AM, the maximum width will be reduced to 11 feet. A temporary speed reduction to 55 mph will be in effect for the duration of this project. Please use caution when approaching this location. Expect delays, and stay alert for construction vehicles entering and exiting the work site.
