US 31 (Mile Point 90.89 - 92.25): Road construction.

Between South St and Westview Dr (Franklin). Road construction work is in progress. Width limit 13'0" . Until September 30, 2026 at about 5:00PM EDT. Comment: US 31 Northbound and Southbound RIGHT LANE closed between South Street and Westview Drive. US 31 traffic will be maintained in the Left Lane in both directions including turn lanes at major intersections. Traffic in the area can expect local road closures at various times during this phase of construction. Notification will be provided when local roads are to be closed. The Work Site speed limit in this area is 30 MPH. This is Phase 3 of the ongoing US 31 corridor improvement project.
