Comment: The intersection of Hwy 169/Blue Earth CR 9 is closed for public access to Rapidan Dam. Law enforcement is closely monitoring and enforcing that this intersection is open for local residents only. The public wanting to view Rapidan Dam should do so by parking their vehicle/walking from the EAST side of Blue Earth CR 9.
